We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data

OgaTutor is designed for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at hello@myogatutor.com and we will delete the account promptly.

For users aged 13-17, we encourage parental awareness and consent.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
