At OgaTutor, we want every student to be satisfied with their experience. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure you can use our platform with confidence.

Free Plan

The Free Plan is available at no cost and does not involve any payments or refunds.

Pro Plan — ₦2,500/month

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with OgaTutor Pro within the first 7 days of your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. However you may cancel at any time and your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions — Full Refund Eligible

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period
  • You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription
  • A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the service for more than 48 consecutive hours

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@myogatutor.com with:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • The date of payment
  • Your Paystack payment reference number
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@myogatutor.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period — you will retain Pro access until then.

We do not charge any cancellation fees.
