1. About OgaTutor

OgaTutor ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered educational platform operated by Nesta Connect Limited, designed to help Nigerian students prepare for JAMB, WAEC, and NECO examinations. OgaTutor is accessible at www.myogatutor.com.

By creating an account or using OgaTutor, you ("user", "student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Nature of the Service

OgaTutor provides AI-generated educational content to assist with exam preparation. Please note:

• OgaTutor is an AI assistant and not a replacement for qualified human teachers or professional academic advice.
• While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important information with your teacher or official curriculum materials.
• OgaTutor does not guarantee any specific examination results or academic outcomes.
• The platform is intended for educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

To use OgaTutor you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
• Maintain one account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted.
• Have a valid email address for account verification.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at hello@myogatutor.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OgaTutor to:

• Submit harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's security or question limits.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than personal educational use.
• Reproduce or distribute OgaTutor's content for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 questions per day at no cost.
• Pro Plan: ₦2,500 per month for unlimited access to all features.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of first payment.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to registered users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and technology on OgaTutor is the property of Nesta Connect Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of OgaTutor without our express written permission.

Content you submit through the chat (your questions) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Nesta Connect Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracies in AI-generated educational content.
• Loss of data or interruption of service.
• Any examination results or academic outcomes.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of OgaTutor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
